Getting Started

What are the formal steps I need to take to start planning my event?  

It’s simple!  Just a few easy steps so that we can support you in your
planning:
  • Email us at info@phaces.org to let us know you are interested in
    hosting an event.
  • Let us know what kind of event you want to host.  Don't forget
    about our ideas page.
  • We will send you some paperwork to complete for the event,
    including any necessary instructions and further contact
    information.  Depending on the event, a Third Party Fund Raising
    Agreement should be filled out by the host.
  • Pick your event date and beginning your planning.
  • Have your event.
  • Send in your donations!  Contact Roy via email and he will provide
    and address to send in the donations.  To prevent the donations
    from being lost, please send via certified mail, Fedex, or any other
    tracked method of shipping.
